Coaching

The research which demonstrates the wide-ranging benefits of coaching is undeniable. We offer a range of workshops which focus on coaching and developing a coaching culture, examples include an Introduction to coaching and Manager as Coach.

On-going support for qualified coaches is important to improve the quality of their coaching, grow their coaching capacity and develop their practice. We offer coaching supervision which Hawkins (2010) suggests has three elements: 1. Coaching the coach on their coaching. 2. Mentoring the coach on their development in the profession and 3.  Providing an external perspective to ensure quality of practice.

We have a number of experienced qualified coaches who offer 1:1 leadership and team coaching.
